"Awesome deal on my id14 interface"
Awesome deal on my id14 interface, but Audient took their sweet time getting it shipped out. Despite that, KMR's customer service was top-notch, particularly Callum Brownson-Smith, who made sure my order got sent out as quickly as it could!

I gotta say, the customer service here is really impressive. I used the live chat a couple of times before I made my purchase. They answered all my questions, and the communication was just outstanding. The delivery went off without a hitch, but the synth... well, that's a story for another time!
